The Blue Mountains Croquet Club

Welcomes all members of Katoomba RSL Club to come and join them for the first-hand experience of “The Friendly Games of Croquet”

Contact Gail: (02) 4757 2764

Affiliated with Croquet NSW Inc.

We play the version of the game known as Golf Croquet on the Peter Carroll Field, Clarence Street Leura, on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays & Saturday mornings starting at 8.30-9am and finishing about 12pm each day.

Golf Croquet requires only one basic skill that of propelling a ball with accuracy

The object is to send either of your balls through the hoops in the playing order Blue, Red, Black & Yellow,

With the winning team being the first players to score 7 hoops out of a 13 hoop game.

Although Croquet can look complicated, the basic idea of the game is very simple, and can easily be learnt in a few practice sessions. Each game lasts about 45 minutes.

Bring a friend or partner to share the experience, just wear flat shoes, sun hat and sunscreen.

Your first few coaching sessions with equipment are supplied free.

This is a Non-Contact, Inexpensive & Mentally Stimulating Sport

For more information phone Gail or John on (02) 4757 2764.

Or just come along and join us for morning tea at 10.30am at the Pavilion.
